#206815 - When Annie was almost three, Binkie and I decided that we needed a weekend away by ourselves and so left our little girl with little Jimmie for the weekend. What about us marrying? So, I got down on my knees to her total surprise and opened the little black felt covered box and with a tear in my eye asked the question, “Binkie, will you please marry me?” She looked at the ring, she then looked up to me and then with a waterfall of tears she jumped up and pulled me into her arms and said, “Of course I will, my love!!!” We then reseated ourselves on the bench with her in my lap and her arms around my shoulders with her head nuzzled up to mine and just lived with the moments of our total ‘out in the open’ love.
